Our Story
Progeny Coffee began with a simple conviction: that the best coffee comes from people who care deeply about every step—from the soil where the cherry grows to the water that extracts its soul.
Located on 22nd Street in San Francisco's Mission District, we've built a space where the craft of roasting is visible, the conversations are unhurried, and every cup is an invitation to slow down.
We source directly from growers who share our respect for the land and the labor. Our roasts are small-batch, developed slowly, and tuned to honor the character of each origin.

What We Offer
Our signature espresso is pulled from a blend developed over years of refinement—balanced, layered, with a finish that lingers. Pour-overs highlight the unique character of each single-origin bean.
Creamy, textured drinks built on our espresso base. Seasonal offerings rotate with the harvest calendar—maple oat in winter, hibiscus cold brew in summer.
